Busy, Busy, Busy...

“I’d rather argue with you than be with someone else”

I've got quite a bit planned over the next couple weeks...  I'm doing a set based around the Five Boroughs of NYC, a set based on the Seven Deadly Sins, a reshoot for Transforming The Ordinary, and I've got to set up my Photos To Music shoot. This is where having friends who like to get in front of a camera comes in handy.

First Group Critique

Today was my first group critique for my B&W class. I was pretty anxious going in, but I got some pretty positive feedback across the board. Only the professor didn't like my high-contrast images, but even he admitted that it was simply because it wasn't his style. My classmates picked this as their favorite of what I had for show. I think I agree.

My own demise...

I never thought I'd end up like this- unconscious on my kitchen table, overdosed on a prescription pill and red wine cocktail. Luckily, this was all staged as part of the Spooky Script for my PvP class. It was definitely a fun set up. Check out the full shoot (along with some other spooky stuff!) on my Flickr page. A Rally Quick Recap (See what I did, there?)

No more wars, no more lies, no more corruption, greed, or hate. Restore sanity, now!

The rally was a huge success for everyone involved. The Huffington Post shipped 10,000 New Yorkers down to Washington DC early Saturday morning. Although we showed up a bit later than we would have liked, we didn't miss much other than the musical performances. Although the rally wasn't "technically" supposed to be politically biased, there was definitely a Liberal, Democratic feeling in the air. Even though we lost the House on the 2nd, I think this country's Democratic party is still fighting strong.
